What is the warranty policy for Gnome & Bow products?
Gnome & Bow offers a limited one-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from us or an authorized retailer.

Our warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse, abuse of the product or accidental damage. It does not cover regular wear and tear or damages such as abrasions, scratches or fading.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

Disclaimer: Products discounted at 40% and above off regular price are not covered by our warranty policy.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Kindly send the following to greetings@gnomenbow.com:

1. A detailed description of the defect

2. A clear picture documenting the affected area

3. Proof of purchase

What happens after I've make a warranty claim?
After inspecting and confirming that the defect lies in our material or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Gnome & Bow product at no charge to you. Do note that all costs of transportation involved in the repair or replacement of the product shall be borne by the customer.

What is the lead time for claiming the warranty?
1. For exchanges: 1 to 2 weeks
2. For repairs: 4 to 8 weeks depending on repair cycle

 

REPAIR:

Does Gnome & Bow offer repair services?
Yes. If the nature of damage to the product is not covered by the warranty or the product warranty has expired, we will still be able to repair your product for a nominal fee.

How do I submit a repair request?

1. A detailed description of the defect
2. A clear picture documenting the defect

What happens after I've submitted a repair request?
All repair requests will have to undergo an assessment process to determine if the product can be repaired and the costs related to it. Do note that all costs of transportation involved in the repair of the product shall be borne by the customer.

What is the lead time for repair?
Kindly understand that a period of a few weeks would be required should the product be sent for repair.
