14th November 2014 – Founded on the notion that bags can go beyond functionality to tell timeless tales, Gnome & Bow further fosters this notion with the launch of their new collection of wallets titled Jekyll’s Hyde, an extension of their wallet series.
Jekyll’s Hyde explores and reinterprets the ideas of duality, change and acceptance, a modernisation of the Robert Louis Stevenson masterpiece. The range of wallets were designed to showcase the two contending faces of human nature: the rational, reserved side versus the wilder, more spontaneous inner-self. The question is “Which side will prevail?"
The duality of man is expounded by each wallet’s contrasting interior and exterior colour. Deep Sea Blue embodies the classy and collected Dr. Jekyll, while Jungle Green characterises the uninhibited and thrill-seeking Mr. Hyde. significant of the Jekyll & Hyde that coexists within us.

Each wallet is crafted in full grain leather and comes in 2 colours - Deep Sea Blue or Jungle Green. The wallets are lined with a blue and green shepherd's check fabric. A debossed quote from the novel awaits on the inside, a reminder of how one should embrace duality.
