What are the shipping charges and delivery lead times?


1. Standard shipping ( 3 - 4 business days) : FREE

2. Express shipping   ( 1 - 2 business days) : S$15 - FREE for orders above S$250

3. Self-collection at Gnome & Bow Headquarters

Please drop us an email at to let us know the date and time you are coming so that we can prepare your orders in advance. Orders can be collected 24hrs after an order has been placed (excluding Singapore public holidays and weekends).

Standard shipping : Costs will be dependent on the volumetric weight of the product and the final destination. We typically charge S$30 for small accessories (wallets/bracelets) and S$80 for bags. FREE standard shipping for orders above S$300.

Within Asia: 5 - 7 business days
Outside Asia: 7 - 10 business days

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 237 countries around the world.

However, due to existing distributorship agreements, we are unable to fulfil orders to the following countries. You may, however, purchase them from the website listed brackets:

In the event that the product you are looking for is not available on the site or in the stores suggested above, you may contact us and we will make arrangements to fulfil your order. 

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?
Exact shipping charges are automatically calculated at the Checkout page at the time of checkout and will depend on the shipping location chosen.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. 

How do I track my order?
Once orders have been processed and sent out, an email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you. We work only with reputable courier companies who will be able to assist with tracking your order.

However, please understand that we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
