Can I monogram / personalize / customize my products?
Yes, we offer this service for all our leather products. However, kindly take note that our monograms are done 100% by hand, a slight discrepancy is expected. Such discrepancies are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Monogram service is available only for purchase made on www.gnomenbow.com.

Can I monogram my products if I purchase them from other authorised retailers?
We are unable to monogram purchases made at our authorised retailers, both online and offline. Should you require this service, please make your purchase on www.gnomenbow.com.

Can I return or exchange monogram products?
Due to the fact that monogram orders are unique and personally customized, please note that returns and exchanges are strictly not allowed.
